September Stocking Make-Along Success…
The kits include Brown Sheep’s US Lanaloft wool, with the exception of the Aran kit which uses worsted weight Nature Spun, and is packaged in acid free paper in a box for gifting and storing, all tied up with a holiday ribbon. A hang tag is included for recording the date, knitter’s name and recipient’s name. Some of the designs can be monogrammed and those patterns include an alphabet schematic.
Along with our community of makers we knit a Christmas stocking from the Collection. We met virtually for an hour every other week in September and October as we learned about new knitting techniques and trends from our guide, Rosann Fleischauer of First Byte Designs, along with other special guests including the stocking designer, wool mill operator and our other collaborators.
The event appeared on FB LIVE and as a ZOOM Video for those desiring more interaction with our knitter.
